Job Description
We are looking for leading professionals with customer service experience to join our growing team at our Burnaby location. Apply for the Customer Support Agent position today. In this role, you will be expected to understand customer needs and see opportunities to ensure a positive customer experience.
Job duty:
- Corresponding customer’s inquiries by email, phone and live chat
- Managing customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Perform other operation processing duties as assigned
- Keep records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary
- Assisting warehouse operation such as pick and pack, inventory count, etc
- Monday-Friday (9AM-5:30PM)

- Strong English (written and oral) communication skill
- Basic PC skills (MS Word, Excel)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently but able to work as a team
- Problem solving skills
- A physically fit or active person would be preferable
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Candidates who are committed to a long-term opportunity with us, ideally for a duration of one year or more are preferred
