Central Kitchen for Japanese tonkatsu restaurant in Metro Vancouver
仕事内容
We are the main food preparation team for Japanese tonkatsu restaurants in Metro Vancouver. We are seeking a dedicated kitchen staff in our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare meat, poultry, and seafood according to orders from restaurants
- Maintain kitchen area including cooler, freezer, and equipments clean and organized
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Train staff in preparation and handling of food
- Follow food safety standards and procedures
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries

Experience:
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Following daily tasks by supervisor
- Keen eye for detail with cleanliness and food quality
- Great communication skills and time management
- Prior kitchen experience is an asset, but is not mandatory
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
