The name SAKU is inspired by 「サクサク (sakusaku)」, a Japanese expression for the crisp sound of Katsu. Since 2018, SAKU has been a proud Canadian brand dedicated to sharing authentic Katsu with our local communities. This commitment is reflected not only in the quality of every dish, but also in the warmth of the experience and the care our team puts into every detail.

We are hiring a person who will help us to make fresh bread crumbs (panko) for multiple franchised branches. The job itself could mostly be making fresh panko but If needed, we would ask to help the restaurant from time to time.

Duties and responsibilities;
-Follow the procedure to maintain freshness of the Bread + Panko
-Produce freshest panko
-Handle orders/delivery for other branches
-Inventory count (Google sheets)
-Clean equipment and work area

-A person who can organize and keep the work area clean
-flexible in schedule
-start work immediately
-able to use basic computer skill specifically google spreadsheets or excel
-eligible work permit for at least 6 months

Expected working hours:
3-4 days a week
15-25 hours per week
