Metrotown Mitsubishi is currently seeking to expand our team for an experienced Service
Advisor to join our service professionals! If you believe you're the right candidate for this job,

We are looking for a full time candidate that is excellent communicators and passionate about
delivering exceptional experience to our value customers.
Acting as a liaison between the customers and our technicians, the Service Advisor
recommends required services and repairs. Candidates will receive a combination of
manufacturer programs and on the job training to elevate your professional growth.
Mitsubishi experience is a plus but not a must.
Reynolds & Reynolds knowledge/skills will be eligible for higher pay.
Responsibilities:
Meet and greet all customers promptly and professionally
Handle customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
Answer service phone calls and response to customer inquires
Check-in vehicles and complete walk around inspections
Review appointment files and provide service recommendations
Obtain pre-authorization costs and parts availability
Dispatch jobs and communicate with our technicians about detailed vehicle issues
Monitor repair process and update customers on job progress
Address and document vehicle concerns and provide solutions
Review vehicle recall and warranty details with customers
Document all declined services and follow up with customers
Organize shuttle and loaner services
Review daily performance report and CSI monthly score
Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Passion for Automobiles: A genuine enthusiasm for cars and the automotive industry
Customer Service and Sales Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or sales-related role
Educational Requirements: A diploma in Business or Automotive Studies from a recognized post-secondary institution. Preference will be given to candidates with Canadian or international educational credentials
Language Skills: Proficiency in a second language is considered an asset
Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive services and repairs is advantageous
Legal Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in automotive equipment and operations
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills
Computer Proficiency: Competent in using the internet, Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to maintain records within a computerized system
Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced environment
Driver’s License: A valid Class 5 British Columbia driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
Work Schedule:
5 days a week within Monday to Saturday (Schedule will vary based on role)
Full-time positions offer a 40-hour workweek
Operating Hours:
Monday & Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday & Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
