仕事内容
We are the main food preparation team for modern Japanese restaurants in Metro Vancouver. We are seeking a dedicated kitchen staff to join our central kitchen team in Burnaby.
応募資格
Responsibilities:
- Prepare meat, poultry, and seafood according to orders from restaurants
- Maintain kitchen area including cooler, freezer, and equipments clean and organized
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Prepare and handle food following food safety standards and procedures
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Following daily tasks by supervisor
Experience:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Keen eye for detail with cleanliness and food quality
- Great communication skills and time management
- Prior kitchen experience is an asset, but is not mandatory
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques

Kitchen located in Burnaby. Walk 15 minutes from Holdom station or 6 minutes by bus route 133 from the station.
Working hours: Monday-Sunday (Work 5 days a week, No work on public holidays)
Working time: 08:00-16:00 (09:00-17:00 on weekends)
