仕事内容
〈Kitchen Staff〉
- Prepare ingredients, including chopping vegetables, slicing meat, and making broth.
- Cook and assemble ramen dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Wash dishes, kitchen tools, and equipment as needed.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
〈Server〉
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Serve food and drinks quickly and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with menu questions.
- Handle payments and operate the POS system.
- Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning.
- Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have basic English communication skills to interact with customers.
