-PR or Canadian citizenship
-High school completion or higher
-strong interest in fermentation in general or fermentation-related work experience
-physically fit and healthy with the ability to lift and carry a 30kg rice bag
-flexible work hours
-BC driver's license
-good communicator and record keeper
