HIBIKI Ramen & Yakitori Barでは、居酒屋・和食・お刺身メニューの拡大、そして今後の事業展開に向けて、経験豊富なキッチンスタッフを募集しています。調理だけでなく、メニュー開発やオペレーション改善にも関わっていただける、やる気のある方を歓迎します。
We are expanding our team at HIBIKI Ramen & Yakitori Bar as we grow our izakaya-style and sashimi offerings. We’re seeking experienced kitchen professionals who are eager to contribute to menu development, improve operations, and help shape the next stage of our business.
Job Responsibilities / 主な業務内容
居酒屋メニューや刺身・和食の調理
新企画や新メニューの開発（器や盛り付けの提案を含む）
キッチンオペレーションの改善・効率化
チームメンバーとの連携・現場指導
Preparing Japanese izakaya and sashimi-style dishes
Developing new menu items, including plating and tableware selection
Improving workflow and kitchen efficiency
Collaborating with and guiding team members on site
