Metrotown Mitsubishi is currently seeking to expand our team for an experienced Appointment Coordinator to join our service professionals! If you believe you're the right candidate for this job,

We are looking for a Temporary OR Full-Time candidate that is excellent communicators and passionate about
delivering exceptional experience to our value customers.
Acting as a liaison between the customers and our service team, the Appointment Coordinator
recommends required to book daily service repair appointments and admin works in service department. Candidates will receive a combination of manufacturer programs and on the job training to elevate your professional growth.
Mitsubishi experience is a plus but not a must.
Responsibilities:
Meet and greet all customers promptly and professionally
Handle customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
Answer service phone calls and response to customer inquires
Check-in vehicles and complete walk around inspections
Review appointment files and provide service recommendations
Monitor repair process and update customers on job progress
Address and document vehicle concerns and provide solutions
Review vehicle recall and warranty details with customers
Document all declined services and follow up with customers
Organize shuttle and loaner services
Other duties as assigned
NOTE: We will provide on job training.
Licence/Certification:
Drivers License -- (recommended)
Customer Service experience – 1-2 years (Preferred) - (Japan Domestic Customer Service experience is an asset)
