Full-time Kitchen Staff/Line Cook position@SAKU Broadway

-Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
-Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and handling delivery orders from suppliers)
-Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of kitchen staff
-Clean up and maintain the cleanliness of kitchen area
-Stock inventory appropriately
-Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely manner
-Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
-Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
-Follow kitchen policies, procedures and standards
-Handling customer inquiries regarding food suggestions, dietary restrictions, and allergies.

Qualification
-At least 1 year experience in kitchen
-Able to use basic computer skill specifically google spreadsheets or excel
-Basic knife skills
-Having a valid work permit for more than 6 months

Availability
-4-5 shifts per week
-Available on weekends and holidays
-Available between 9am and 10pm
