As the Store Manager of Kyoto Katsugyu, you will be fully responsible for the daily operations and team management of the restaurant, ensuring the strict execution of brand standards, product quality, and service excellence. At the same time, you are expected to balance business performance, team development, and the inheritance of brand culture, serving as a key link between headquarters, investors, and the frontline team.”

Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and consistency
Enforce Kyoto Katsugyu’s food quality, service, and hygiene standards
Oversee front-of-house and kitchen performance, ensuring stable gyukatsu quality
Handle inventory, ordering, cost control, and waste management
Ensure compliance with local food safety and labor regulations
Recruit, train, schedule, and manage team members
Build a stable, positive, and execution-driven team culture
Coach and develop staff through daily guidance and training
Resolve internal issues and maintain a healthy work environment
Develop key talent for future store expansion
Lead by example in delivering high-quality Japanese hospitality
Ensure a complete and consistent guest experience from greeting to farewell
Handle guest feedback professionally and improve customer satisfaction
Take responsibility for sales performance, costs, and profitability
Analyze sales data and implement improvement plans
Execute new menus, promotions, and marketing initiatives
Drive the store to achieve business targets

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience (Japanese or chain brands preferred)
Strong understanding of front- and back-of-house operations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Basic English communication required (Japanese is a plus)
Passion for Japanese food culture and hospitality
Long-term mindset and willingness to grow with the brand
