仕事内容
• キッチンのセッティングおよび食材準備
• サービス用の仕込み作業（野菜の下処理、ソース作り、納品された食材の処理など）
• キッチンチームと協力しながらメニューの調理
• キッチン内の清掃および整理整頓
• 在庫管理および補充
• 料理を一定のクオリティで、タイミング良く提供できるよう管理
• 衛生・安全基準の遵守
• スタッフやお客様に対して前向きでプロフェッショナルな対応
• キッチンポリシーおよび手順の遵守
• メニュー説明、アレルギー・食事制限に関するお客様対応

Job Description
• Prepare kitchen stations and necessary ingredients
• Prepare food items for service (vegetable prep, sauce preparation, handling delivered ingredients, etc.)
• Cook menu items while working collaboratively with the kitchen team
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Manage and restock inventory
• Ensure food is prepared consistently, efficiently, and served on time
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward coworkers and guests
• Follow kitchen policies and procedures
• Assist guests with menu recommendations, allergy information, and dietary restrictions when needed

勤務条件
• 週4〜5日勤務
• 土日・祝日勤務可能な方
• 午前9時〜午後10時の間で勤務可能な方
給与
• 時給 $18.50〜$19 + チップ
（経験・スキルに応じて相談可能）
