Production Worker (Prep Kitchen)

We specialize in supplying high-quality meat and seafood products to Tonkatsu restaurants across Metro Vancouver. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker (Meat, Seafood, and Poultry) to join our food preparation team. This role involves working in a fast-paced food production environment focused on processing, packaging, and sanitation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, food safety standards, and equipment operations.

Responsibilities
* Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood
* Wrap and package prepared goods
*Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
*Follow food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures at all times
*Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies to prevent contamination or spoilage
*Assist with daily delivery from suppliers.
*Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods

* Strong knife-handling skills and comfort working with raw meat
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Flexibility to work weekends as needed
*Must be legally allowed to work in Canada.
*Prior experience in manufacturing, food industry, or meat processing is preferred (Training will be provided)
