We are a professional exterior property maintenance company serving the Metro Vancouver and Lower Mainland area. We specialize in commercial and residential exterior cleaning services, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, moss removal, and dryer vent cleaning.

仕事内容
As an Exterior Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality exterior cleaning and maintenance services for residential, commercial, and strata properties throughout Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
Responsibilities include:
* Window cleaning using a water-fed pole system
* Gutter cleaning and inspection
* Pressure washing and soft washing
* Moss removal and roof debris removal
* Dryer vent cleaning
* Setting up equipment and maintaining a safe work area
* Working as part of a team while delivering excellent customer service
No previous experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and all necessary equipment.

Full-time position with approximately 30–40 hours per week
* Work is primarily located in the Tri-Cities area, including Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody
* Starting wage is $23.00/hour during a 2-week probation period
* Upon successful completion of the probation period, the wage will increase to $25.00/hour
* We work rain or shine, so applicants should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
* Opportunities for wage increases based on performance and experience
* Work is primarily located in the Tri-Cities area, including Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody
