HANA Hair & Beauty is a welcoming hair salon located in beautiful Victoria, BC, Canada. Our team consists of experienced Korean and Japanese hairstylists.
While most of our clients are local, we also have a loyal Japanese clientele, giving Japanese-speaking hairstylists a great opportunity to build a stable client base.
We offer a friendly and supportive work environment and are looking for an experienced Japanese-speaking hairstylist who is interested in building a long-term career and settling in Canada.
LMIA support is available for qualified candidates.

仕事内容
We are looking for an experienced hairstylist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a professional hairstylist (assistant experience does not count).
Applicants must be skilled and confident in a wide range of hair services, including:
Women's and men's haircuts, including clipper techniques
Hair coloring and highlights
Balayage
Traditional and digital perms
Japanese Permanent Hair Straightening (Thermal Reconditioning)
Other general hairstyling and chemical services
Candidates should be able to perform these services independently, provide professional consultations, and deliver high-quality results to clients.

Must be able to independently perform women's and men's haircuts, coloring, highlights, balayage, perms, digital perms, and permanent hair straightening.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsible, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
Japanese-speaking applicants are preferred.
Basic English communication skills are an asset.
Applicants currently living in Japan or Canada are welcome.
Working Holiday Visa and Young Professionals Work Permit holders are very welcome.
